Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking a sophisticated attorney with no less than 10 years of experience to join our Washington, D.C. office as an Of Counsel with the Government Enforcement Defense & Investigations practice group. Qualified candidates will have extensive experience in criminal investigations and litigation, including jury and bench trials, as well as extensive experience in the national security and international trade enforcement spaces. Candidates must have prior experience as an Assistant United States Attorney in Washington, D.C.
We are seeking a well-rounded, dynamic, highly motivated lawyer with significant contacts who has demonstrated an ability to compete and prosper in highly competitive and complex environments, to assist with advancing the long-term strategic objectives of our Government Enforcement Defense & Investigations Team. To be considered, a candidate must hold a J.D. from an ABA-approved law school and be in good standing and an active member of the District of Columbia Bar. We Are Not Accepting Search Firm Submissions For This Position. In support of transparency and equity in the workplace, Foley provides salary ranges for all positions. The expected salary range for this position is between $320,000 - $360,000. Actual pay will be determined based on education, experience, internal pay equity at Foley, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
