Here's what you'd do:

• Performs IT operations and maintenance activities according to approved procedures, guidelines, and standards.
• Supports customization and facilitates IT operations and maintenance processes.
• Implements programs and procedures for safeguarding data/information security and safety.
• Executes or organizes relevant testing.
• Designs and documents existing and changed IT operational processes.
• Develops necessary service levels to fulfill business requirements.
• Performs 2nd-level user help desk activities, individual coaching, and training.
• Expected to adopt existing concepts and methodologies to create and open up new ways of approaching and fulfilling specific internal and external client requests or project requirements.
• Positions that require senior professional expertise, with extensive functional, commercial, and technical knowledge in an area of competence.
• They integrate analysis, development, testing, and implementation.
• They interpret and functionally influence policy and guidelines in their area of business/technology, and develop processes and systems to deliver functional objectives.
• They typically plan their work according to agreed-upon targets within a quarterly to annual cycle by integrating resources in a project-driven environment.
• They provide functional advice and guidance to colleagues and customers.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $34.00 / hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week. (1^st shift).

Length: Contract (12 months).
