Part Marker
The Part Marker role supports the Quality/Inspection department performing entry level tasks focusing on the identification and marking of received parts with proper part numbers.
Essential Functions


  • Process parts through receiving using the ERP system verifying all identifiable information is correct
  • Receive parts to be stocked in an orderly and accessible manner on shelves in stockrooms, warehouse.
  • Examine and inspect items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors
  • Assemble kits using existing inventory for production build of product.
  • Perform scheduled cycle counts of selected inventory parts accurately, ensuring they are serviceable and packaged appropriately.
  • Ship parts to customers using documented packing instructions.
  • Process part requests for production ensuring all parts are transacted correctly through the ERP system.

Required Education and Experience


  • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • 1+ years' experience working in a production setting within quality inspection or shipping and receiving is preferred.
  • 1+ years experience with reading blueprints is preferred

To perform the essential functions of the role, employees must be able to perform the following activities with or without reasonable accommodations:



  • Regularly stand and walk throughout the facility, stand for long periods to perform job duties
  • Regularly lift, carry (short-distances), and push/pull up to 50 pounds
  • Frequently climb steps, stairs, or ladders
  • Frequently bend, crawl, stoop, squat, or kneel
  • Accurately distinguish colors, letters, and numbers
  • Visual acuity to interpret readings on gauges and other measuring devices
  • Use hands and fingers to manually inspect and assess, lift, rotate, and wrap or otherwise package parts
  • Visual ability to gauge distances, recognize and avoid obstacles to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
