JOB MISSION:

This role is a key member of the Global Planning Digital Solutions System Management team and reports to the Digital Solutions Manager. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Associate will provide day-to-day support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations for Global Planning, Procurement, Global Sample Management, and New Balance International Limited end users. Key areas of focus include purchase order and sales order management incident support, triaging and troubleshooting, analyzing recurring trends, monitoring alerts, and analyzing daily reports. Understanding D365 integrations is essential for troubleshooting. Following and executing detailed standard operating procedure tasks is also a key responsibility.

This role supports business teams and ensures smooth operations. The Associate must build strong partnerships with the operations team, Data Governance, NB IT, product owners, and external label vendors. Flexibility, attention to detail, strong communication, and time and task management skills are essential.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Partner with the Digital Solutions Manager and business teams to understand changing business processes and future enhancement needs, driving system efficiencies to create a best-in-class enterprise solution.

  • Provide D365 support to Global Planning and New Balance International Limited (NBIL) users.

  • Carry out day-to-day D365 system support, including initial triage and incident troubleshooting.

  • Support the Digital Solutions Manager and end users to define and align on future enhancement priorities and understand the impact on other business areas.

  • Support D365 systems enhancement requests, requirements intake, prioritization, and testing.

  • Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Execute and follow SOPs to complete specific tasks.

  • Monitor system alerts and daily audit reports, providing troubleshooting support as needed.

  • Maintain a high-level understanding of D365 system integrations to assist with troubleshooting.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 2-3 years of ERP systems administration experience, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics D365.

  • Strong project management skills and experience working cross-functionally.

  • Objective-oriented and continuous improvement mindset.

  • Ability to understand operational needs and provide system solutions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Power BI report building experience is a plus.

  • Experience in the consumer footwear and apparel retail industry is a plus.
