Client Relations Coordinator

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring aClient Relations Coordinator to join our Publishers Group West (PGW) team inBerkeley, CA. In this role, you work with the Client Managers as a primary contact for a group of PGW publisher clients in support of established sales and marketing goals. Additionally, you will work with management on projects on an as-needed basis.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or equivalent year for year directly related experience.
• 2 years of experience in marketing, book publishing, book industry, account support, client administration, data management, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior publishing or book industry experience is a plus.
• Prior experience with reporting tools.
• MS Office experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Key Responsibilities:

• Supports Client Relations team on all aspects of client data management, including reporting and systems training, operational follow-up, and publisher communication.
• Coordinates the scheduling of publisher presales meetings, preparing documents for each, attendance, note-taking, and follow-up.
• Assists with sales conference planning, scheduling, attendance and note-taking.
• Troubleshoots metadata issues with online retailers, on behalf of client publishers.Works with client publishers to ensure title data submissions meet all deadlines and requirements.
• Coordinates, vets, and updates print book and eBook metadata for client publishers.
• Compiles, double-checks, and communicates title changes for client lists.
• Solicits missing/revised cover and interior art, and sales materials for seasonal frontlist.

Hiring Salary Range: $23.61 - $29 per hour. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the hourly rate for this position and will be determined by factors including but not limited to: applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
