Senior Quality Manager - Clearance Required

Job Description:

Cydecor is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to provide support to a Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) customer.

This role will support the development and implementation of Quality Management Plans, quality control practices, corrective action plans, and Process and Product Quality Assurance (PPQA) processes. Candidates should possess strong quality assurance expertise, as well as experience and familiarity with U.S. Navy submersibles and related systems.

Responsibilities include:

• Quality Management Plan development
• Quality control practice and corrective action plan implementation
• Conducting quality audits
• Provide support in conducting training in Process and Product Quality Assurance (PPQA) processes

Here's what you need:

• 3 years of relevant experience
• Expertise and experience in quality assurance expertise
• Experience with SEAL Delivery Vehicle, Shallow Water Combat Submersible (SWCS), and/or similar programs

Bonus points if you have:

• More than 10 years of experience related to the position description

Security Clearance: DOD SECRET

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.

Work Schedule: M-F 0900-1700
