Project Coordinator, Proofreader We have an immediate need for a combination Project Coordinator/Proofreader to join our client's onsite creative team as they support a well-known retail client with all kinds of retail needs such as:
To set expectations, you can expect to be project coordination 60% of the time with the remaining 40% being focused on proofreading. As a Project Coordinator, you will be the key liaison between the client and the Creative/Production team. You will be expected to manage projects including scheduling, estimating, obtaining job detail information, job tracking and must be proactive, quick thinking, a problem solver and ultra-organized, ensuring account satisfaction and service excellence. The Project Manager will project manage the day-to-day execution and optimization of Creative Services projects - assessing marketing needs, determining goals and coordinating projects. Proofreading skills include ability to digitally proofread for grammar, style, content and consistency, and numerical accuracy to ensure weekly promotions are accurate before they go to print! This includes version lists, file management, overseeing creative and quality control. To be considered for this role we are seeking the following:
