The Executive Assistant - Risk Management (EA-RM) is responsible for supporting all administrative and operational activities within Risk Management which includes Insurance/Claims, Safety and Quality Control. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the seamless execution of risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and compliance initiatives. The EA-RM reports directly to the Director of Risk Management, collaborating closely with the Risk Management team to enhance organizational resilience and promote a culture of safety and compliance throughout the company.

U.S. Citizenship is required.

Required Experience

Must have experience in operations and administration, with a minimum of five years of experience supporting at the executive level.

Preferred Experience

* General contracting/construction company experience preferred.

* One (1) year of risk management experience.

Required Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear and concise reporting.
