Position Summary:

As a General Labor for Carl Buddig & Company, you will be responsible for preparing/packaging fresh and frozen meat products for shipment with a safety-minded attitude that maintains and enhances a safety culture for the benefit of the Company and its employees.

Key Responsibilities:

* Pack fresh and frozen meat products.

* Required to work in cold temperatures 40

* Must be able to stand for 8-9 hours per day.

* Ability to lift 50 lbs.

* Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Must be able to work overtime and weekends, if/when necessary.

* Ability to effectively follow work instructions.

* Assist in changeovers as needed.

* Ensure conformance to specifications.

* Able to read and understand written instructions.

* Ability to perform frequent lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

* Successfully complete a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check

* Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies.

* Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

* Must adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing results as needed.

* Other duties as assigned.
