Join our team today and help us continue to provide top-notch service to our clients! Pay: $19.50/hr. Schedule: 1st shift The Billing Specialist will manage customer contracts, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing while meeting service levels. Build strong relationships with internal and external customers and collaborate with sales and operations to expedite transactions. Monitor key billing metrics, provide support to team members, and assist Accounts Receivable in resolving queries and expediting payments. Address or escalate customer complaints and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service and satisfaction. Qualified candidates will have advanced billing experience; high volume billing, transportation billing preferred. Our benefits package includes:
