The Marketing Channels team sits within the Marketing & Operations teams. The team is responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive channel and creative strategy across all distribution channels (including traditional, digital, field and organic). The team focuses on both short-term performance and long-term innovation and driving the evolution of channel marketing capabilities to meet future market demands. Job Summary The Vice President of Digital Experience will lead the strategy and execution of our conversion optimization, SEO, and web performance efforts to fuel lead acquisition and conversion. This leader will be responsible for delivering seamless user experiences across a vast digital portfolio-including 100+ websites and 1,000+ landing pages. This role requires a visionary leader who thrives at the intersection of marketing, technology, UI, and analytics. They will also be responsible for evaluating and integrating emerging technologies-including AI and automation tools-to future-proof our digital ecosystem and unlock new opportunities for scale, efficiency, and personalization. Education Level Bachelor's degree required MBA preferred Experience Level 10+ years of experience with web technologies, SEO, digital marketing, e-commerce, and web channel management, with at least 8 years in a leadership role in organizations larger than 2500 employees. Strategic leadership: Proven ability to drive digital strategy across SEO, CRO, and user journey optimization, using data to guide decisions and measure success. Deep knowledge of technical and content SEO, including keyword strategy, site structure, and performance tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush. Demonstrated ability to anticipate digital trends and rapidly implement innovative technologies-such as AI, automation, and personalization tools-to transform marketing strategies, drive performance, and stay ahead of the competition. Conversion optimization: Experience running A/B tests, analyzing user behavior, and improving funnel performance. Skilled in leading with UX/UI, content, and dev teams to build high-performing, responsive landing pages with personalization tactics. Strong track record managing teams and agencies, aligning creative, technical, and marketing functions for digital growth. Has led teams over over 50+ people. Advanced Data Analytics: Expertise in utilizing data and analytics to shape marketing strategies, with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and emerging technologies like AI and machine learning.
