Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work Hybrid with our client in Blacksburg, VA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Manage multiple new and existing customer accounts.
  • Liaison between the customer and the company.
  • Primary contact for customers.
  • Interface with various companies and field sales personnel
  • Evaluate and respond to customer and field sales representatives' requests for information.
  • Receive RFQ from customer or field sales, initiate internal engineering reviews, obtain pricing from accounting, generate and submit quotations, including all supporting documentation.
  • Receive and maintain customer purchase orders and translate them into company sales orders.
  • Coordinate with Contract Administration on contract terms, conditions, licenses, and certification issues.
  • Update internal software records in (LN, CRM) as needed.
  • Attend schedule/production meetings.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 / hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week. (1st shift).

Length: Contract (12 months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience using Personal computers with working in word processing, database, and enterprise information systems software.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technical.
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work within a team-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work in a high-paced, multi-tasking environment.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • Some travel is needed.
