The Human Resources Manager for Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University's Prescott Campus (with over 600 full-time faculty and staff and over 3,200 students) serves as a key strategic partner and operational leader, guiding the campus' human resources functions in alignment with university-wide priorities and the institution's commitment to excellence, innovation, and integrity. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, HR, and collaborating closely with the Prescott Chancellor and campus leadership, this role provides high-level strategic HR consultation while ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day HR operations. The HR Manager is instrumental in shaping a positive and inclusive workplace culture through proactive employee relations, talent acquisition, engagement initiatives, and performance management. The position also leads efforts to ensure compliance with federal, state, and university policies and fosters continuous improvement in HR practices and service delivery. With direct supervision of the Prescott HR team, the Manager promotes a collaborative, service-oriented, and high-performing environment.
