***This position is a hybrid role based out of Seattle, WA.***

About you

You're a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering exceptional employee support. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience administering U.S. benefit programs, including health plans and 401(k) offerings. You're confident managing vendor relationships, coordinating data integrations with carriers, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Your communication skills shine when addressing employee inquiries, and you're always ready to step in and support the broader benefits administration process.

In this role, you will...

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding U.S. benefits and 401(k) plans through email and ticketing systems, providing clear and timely information.

  • Manage vendor communications and file integration with carriers and retirement plan providers to ensure accurate enrollment and data exchange.

  • Assist with the planning and execution of annual open enrollment, including updating Workday content and supporting communication efforts.

  • Present benefits offerings, including 401(k) and RRSP plans, during new hire orientations, open enrollment sessions, and employee education programs.

  • Create, review, and distribute key benefits documents such as Form 5500, SPDs, SBCs, and Qualified Life Event materials.

  • Analyze benefits and 401(k) participation data using Excel, contributing to compliance reporting and process improvement initiatives.

  • Support benefits integration for mergers and acquisitions, including employee communication, data audits, and occasional travel for in-person orientation sessions.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in U.S. benefits administration, with a strong understanding of health plans and 401(k) programs.

  • Proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) for data analysis and PowerPoint for benefit communications.

  • Experience with HRIS platforms; Workday expertise strongly preferred.

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex benefits information clearly and professionally.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a proven ability to manage sensitive information and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pursuant to the laws regarding job postings, Colliers is disclosing the following information:

Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $65,475 - $87,000

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Benefits

Employees (and their families) are provided options for employer subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, vision as well as employer paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short-term / long-term disability. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, which includes an employer match. Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15-days vacation annually. Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year. 12 weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment.

Bonus

This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.
