As the Core Lab market leader in the US, the Core Lab team excels at the identification, commercialization and the full end-to-end management of reagent solutions that enable our customers to deliver on their overarching priorities, including improving patient outcomes. The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced professional who is driven by deep customer insights and strong business acumen to bring value to laboratorians, physicians, and patients in the Cardiometabolic therapeutic area. The Product Manager is a key owner of the Cardiometabolic portfolio, responsible for developing a comprehensive portfolio/product strategy, identifying product requirements and market potential for new solutions in partnership with Global and US colleagues, and maintaining and growing all on-market Cardiometabolic solutions in the US. This includes the need for a deep understanding of the Cardiometabolic disease area, market, competition, and customer needs, as well as strong business acumen in areas such as financial analysis, pricing strategy, business planning and business case development, utilizing data to make decisions, and forecasting. This role requires proven technical prowess, exceptional project management and prioritization skills, written and verbal communication, and the ability to lead and influence without authority. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills are crucial, as this role collaborates with numerous business partners - Marketing, Sales, Customer Insights, Finance, Pricing, MSA, RSN, Customer Service, Regulatory, Supply and Demand Planning, Global, and other key stakeholders. This individual will be the technical expert and the voice of the customer, ensuring our portfolio remains competitive, high-quality, and a leader within the market. This is a pivotal time in the Cardiometabolic space, with multiple high medical value assay launches planned over the next 2-3 years, as well as exciting studies and data increasing the value of our existing portfolio. The Cardiometabolic portfolio remains the top performing portfolio in Core Lab, crucial to our success and continued leadership in the Core Lab market. The Product Manager is a key player in the long-term success of our business and should be excited for and prepared to own and represent one of our most important disease areas. Job Facts:

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indiana is $97,800 - $181,600. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
