Position Title: Heat Treat Oven Operators
Wage: $18.00-$21.00 per hour Shift: 2nd, 3rd Hours: 2:00pm-10:00pm; 10:00pm-6:00am QPS Employment Group has a great Heat Treat Oven Operator position available at a company in Cherry Valley, IL. This is a 2nd and 3rd shift position with the opportunity for hire. Heat Treat Oven Operators Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Operation of the Furnace. - Maintain the operation of the machine. - Quality control of the parts being produced. - Feeding machines with bins of product (bin weights 50lbs when full). - Maintaining heat treat area with broom and magnet with handle on it. - Moving material throughout the area. Heat Treat Oven Operators Requirements: - Bending, stooping, and lifting of 25lbs. regularly. - Standing for long periods of time. - Pushing empty bin up to 50lbs. - Moving loaded bins utilizing hand jack weighing up to 300lbs. - Sweeping and mopping. - Machine operation experience - Heat treat furnace. - Attention to detail. - Ability to withstand working in a hot environment (machines operate at 1550?
