DB USA Core Corporation seeks an Assistant Vice President in Jacksonville, FL to implement end-to-end application support process and escalation procedures. Requires a Master's degree in Information Systems Security, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent and two (2) years of experience providing production support, including analyzing reported production issues, resolving critical issues in the production environment, and performing major production data fixes; implementing automated monitoring solutions and performing multiple SQL tuning and UCD to automate tasks; troubleshooting performance and compatibility issues; analyzing and resolving infrastructure issues; analyzing code defects and coordinating with development team to resolve issues; performing and facilitating root cause analysis for application defects; validating application and configuration code changes on risks and potential gaps for releases, patches, and hotfixes; reviewing and monitoring SQL statement triggers; automating manual tasks and activities for production services; coordinating and executing changes in the production environment; performing application health monitoring, including configuring and installing monitoring tools, including ITRS GENEOS, Control-M, Splunk, and Grafana; and in executing duties, utilizing Java/J2EE, Core Java, EJB, JSP, Servlet, Struts, JavaScript, Spring, XML/UML, SQL, SAX, GWT, HBase, Fabric, Glue, Microservices and XSLT. Salary range: $124,500.00 - $130,000.00/year. This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.
