Job Description:
JOB TITLE: Vice President - DB8749769 Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. seeks a Vice President in New York, NY to plan, structure, and execute financial transactions in both the public and private markets. Requires a Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, Financial Engineering or related field or equivalent and three (3) years of investment banking experience providing quantitative and analytical support for strategic transactions including Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Capital Markets (debt and equity capital raises) for companies and financial sponsors, in the Technology and Fin-Tech sectors; executing M&A and financing processes on both buy and sell sides for public and private companies; drafting sell-side documents, including teasers and information memoranda, presentations for board, management, and investment committees, and pitches; conducting advanced financial modeling and valuation analysis including Discounted Cash Flow, Merger, Ratings, Leveraged Buy Out, Dividend Discount, and Financing models; performing in-depth company and FinTech industry research to support live deal execution and pitches; and utilizing CRM system and Scorpio to document origination activities and progress. Salary range: $275,000.00 - $285,000.00/year. This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.
