The Opportunity: As Diagnostics RDS Compliance Lead you will oversee the comprehensive compliance program for Roche Diagnostics RDS. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, managing and overseeing the governance and strategic framework for compliance and business sustainability, to support the RDS organization and ensure sustainable growth. You will effectively foster and further strengthen a culture of integrity, drive compliance risk and opportunity management and state of the art compliance programs, foster continuous improvement of the compliance and business sustainability processes, supporting the organization with an effective and proactive business oriented approach. You will report directly to the Head Compliance Diagnostics and become a member of the Diagnostics Compliance Leadership Team. This will foster a deep and timely understanding of all activities and a proactive and effective co-creation of compliant and sustainable solutions. Key Roles & Responsibilities:

US based position Relocation benefits are not available for this job posting The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Pleasanton, CA is $179,300 - $333,100. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
