Education and Marketing Intern, ORF

The Education and Marketing Intern will support the development, implementation, and promotion of educational programs and marketing strategies. This position offers exposure to a professional environment, direct collaboration with experienced team members, and the opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects that align with business goals.

Responsibilities of this position include, but may not be limited to the following:

  • Assist in the design and development of educational materials, presentations, and digital learning assets.
  • Coordinate logistics for webinars, training sessions, and education events, including registration and follow-up communications.
  • Develop content for newsletters, marketing collateral, and social media in alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and report on digital engagement metrics; recommend optimizations to improve reach and effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update sections of the corporate website related to education programs and marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, audience needs, and opportunities for outreach.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to education and marketing projects.
  • Collaborate with team members on brainstorming and strategy sessions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with content management systems (CMS) and CRM platforms is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and marketing automation platforms is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Education and Experience:

  • Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Education, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
