MAINTENANCE CUSTODIAN Kress is looking for a full time Maintenance Custodian to join our team in the development of specialized industrial equipment for steel, construction, and mining industries. The Maintenance Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment in both office areas and the manufacturing shop. This position performs routine cleaning, light maintenance, and sanitation duties throughout the facility. Responsibilities - Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and office spaces Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in office and shop areas Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the building Clean shop floors using industrial equipment as needed Restock supplies in restrooms, breakrooms, and cleaning stations Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and reporting larger facility issues Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained and stored properly Follow company safety guidelines and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required 2+ year's previous custodial or maintenance experience preferred Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Positive attitude and a team player Comfortable working in both office and industrial environments Able to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment Kress Benefits - Group Health Insurance including Prescriptions Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Vacation Paid Holidays
