We are currently seeking an exceptional professional to join us as aFinance Project Manager, within the Incora Digital function.

We are building a dynamic team to support the delivery the IT Roadmap and additional IT requirements for the Finance function. Key to this is collaboration across a global set of stakeholders, and the successful execution of transformational projects that will introduce synergies, standardize processes, and leverage data insights. About the job:

Reporting to the Finance Transformation Director, you will be responsible for delivering global IT transformation initiatives across all areas of Finance including Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Financial Planning & Analysis and Tax & Treasury; and across multiple sites globally:

  • Leverage your experience in Finance and IT to plan and oversee a broad range of multiple Finance based projects through full lifecycle (plan, design, execute, monitor and control) on time and to budget.
  • Manage multiple projects across various areas of Finance and sites globally.
  • Conduct detailed requirements analysis, document processes, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and cross-functionally to understand their needs and concerns. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and drive consensus.
  • Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, IT specifications, process maps, project plans and budgets. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant parties.
  • Utilize tools such as JIRA, Smartsheets, Microsoft stack (Teams, Loop, etc.) and LeaxIX drive project communication, actions, reporting, accounting and enterprise architecture.
  • Support change management activities, including training and communication plans, to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in delivering improvement projects centered around Finance and IT.
  • High-level understanding of the Finance function including areas such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Financial Planning & Analysis and Tax & Treasury
  • Problem solving and analytical skills, a can-do attitude.
  • Relationship building and collaboration skills across diverse and matrixed stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Ability to interpret, translate and explain business requirements.
  • Ability to effectively work with and manage technical teams.
  • Experience with using JIRA, Smartsheets, and Microsoft stack is desirable.
  • 2+ years experience managing Financial and IT based projects.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent years of experience).
  • Relevant PM certifications.
  • Willingness to travel to different locations if necessary.
