IS4S is looking for a mechanical engineering student for a Summer 2025 internship interested in supporting ongoing DoD projects. IS4S works closely with Air Force, Army, and Navy engineers and scientists to build advanced military systems. IS4S is looking for candidates who are self-starters, teachable, and able to learn new things as they work together with engineers and program managers to solve challenging technical problems. Duties will include working with digital models of designs, simulating those designs, and assisting with other types of analyses. Additionally, candidates will be required to communicate their work with other engineers.

Job Role:

Work with full-time engineers assisting with CAD design, simulation setup and execution, analysis of results, post-processing of outputs, and briefing compliation.

Required Experience:

1+ years of Engineering course work at an ABET accredited University
Ability to work closely with a small, rapid paced development team
Ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance
Undergraduate Junior or Senior
3.00 GPA minimum
