Position: Account Coordinator

Reports to: Account Management Supervisor
Location: Topeka, KS - Onsite
Overview:

As a part of our fast paced, in-house advertising agency our Account Coordinators play an important role in ensuring marketing projects are delivered accurately and timely to our clients. Account Coordinators must be effective communicators and help keep the entire team on track throughout the creative process.
What you'll do:
- Proof design projects for quality and accuracy to make sure client expectations are being met
- Manage project timelines and monitor scheduling of copywriting, design, compliance through completion
- Handle revision requests from client offices and partner with internal design teams to implement necessary changes
- Assist Account Manager through variety of tasks, such as, but not limited to facilitation of client projects, tracking of projects, sending proofs and emails
Experience you'll bring:
- Project management experience working with tight and strict timelines
- Professional written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with a variety of personality types
- High attention to detail, while still maintaining necessary deadlines
- Ability to successfully move into problem-solving mode whenever concerns arise
Bonus Points:
- Previous work history communicating with a marketing or design team
- Experience working within an advertising agency
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
