Job Summary: Provides data and operational support to the Architectural, Roofing, Mechanical Projects, Controls and Service teams; works with the teams to identify focus areas, improve access and visibility of data used for operational effectiveness. Responsible for managing and maintaining all company documents, ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity of documentation throughout its lifecycle. Will oversee historical data collection and reporting for compliance, traceability, and informed decision-making across the organization. Effectively and accurately communicates information relevant to data collection processes and projects; establishes and maintains excellent working relationships with the Jamar team. Experience/Education Requirements:
- Four-year degree in business management, finance, statistics, math, or a related field of study, or a two-year associate degree in business, finance or management and two years' related experience, or four years' experience working in operational role with a focus on data collection and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed organizational and time management skills; ability to schedule/coordinate projects to meet expressed deadlines
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office, PowerBI, and SmartSheets, with working knowledge of or ability to learn file sharing/project management software.
- Knowledge of commercial construction, mechanical HVAC and plumbing systems preferred.
- Valid State Driver's license, and able to travel occasionally for projects and training

- Works directly with leaders to identify key data deliverables to support operational initiatives and overall business efficiencies.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to understand, review and collect data to meet reporting needs.
- Support and maintain document control processes, procedures, and systems to allow for visibility and accessibility of company and project related data.
- Receive, review, classify, and store incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Retrieve, review, and update historical documentation as necessary for audits, inspections, or reference purposes.
- Organize and execute the collection of historical data from project records, archived files, and other data repositories
- Ensure all documents are correctly version-controlled and retrievable, maintaining comprehensive logs and records for data integrity, compliance, and best practice.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents and company data.
- Work with API Group IT to help us stay on the leading edge of our data processes and leverage our experience in a tactical way
- Support ongoing improvement initiatives for document management and reporting systems.
- Assist with project and estimating support at times due to high workload.
- Perform other miscellaneous operational and project support duties, including laminating, copying, filing, scanning, mail, freight delivers and supplies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

This role will be based out of our Duluth MN office. The pay range is $24.10-$36.20 per hour, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
