The Kidpower Lab is seeking a full-time, master's-level Clinical Research Assessor to contribute to studies focused on childhood obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). This role will support principal investigators in the evaluation, assessment, recruitment, and study flow of OCD affected-child participants as part of an NIH-funded neuroimaging clinical trial. The Clinical Research Assessor will be involved in conducting clinical assessments and managing key operational aspects of the research program. The Clinical Research Assessor will also collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and researchers to ensure smooth operation of the program, integration of treatment protocols, and adherence to research standards. The incumbent may have the opportunity to provide Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy as part of this clinical trial. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or related field. Experience in Clinical Interviews: Ability to conduct structured or semi-structured clinical interviews with research participants or their families. Experience in Clinical Decision-Making: Experience in making clinical decisions based on assessment Preferred Qualifications: Preference is finalist will have a Master's level education. Those without may have 4 years of related experience in the following to substitute: Experience with diagnostic tools such as K-SADS and CY-BOCS.
