The FF&E Manager will oversee all aspects of FF&E procurement, coordination, and installation for high-end interior design projects. This role requires a strong eye for design, deep knowledge of furnishings and materials, and excellent project management skills. You'll work closely with designers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution from concept through installation. This position is responsible for the coordination and completion of new construction, remodel, and maintaining existing facilities FF&E items. These projects may include the new construction of banking and corporate facilities, renovation projects at current facilities, management of occupied and vacant Real Estate Owned property, along with the programming of undeveloped property. Associate will oversee all aspects of these projects, including the preparation of reports to upper management regarding the status of projects/budgets and performing a wide variety of additional tasks as needed. Awareness of project schedules, goals, and milestones in order to properly plan and track to completion.

Work requires excellent written and verbal skills to communicate with employees and senior managers including development of presentation documents such as graphs, 3D renderings, and plans. Applicant should be a driven, self-starter capable of taking ownership of projects / tasks with minimal direction. Must have a high degree of creativity, organization and follow through with a strong attention to detail and accuracy, and excellent organizational skills. Must have the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

The candidate will have a proactive "go getter" attitude with a strong desire and ability to think and execute like an owner, have strong intellectual curiosity and possess superior problem-solving skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Collaborate with designers, vendors, and internal staff to develop FF&E specifications that align with the design vision.
  • Source, procure, and manage orders for furniture, equipment, lighting, artwork, rugs, window treatments, accessories, etc.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules, logistics, and site readiness for installation.
  • Lead on-site installation efforts to ensure correct placement, quality, and aesthetic execution.
  • Maintain detailed FF&E Budgets, track expenditures, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Prepare and manage FF&E schedules, cut sheets, and documentation.
  • Review and approve shop drawings and finish samples.
  • Ensure all FF&E items meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Troubleshoot delivery or installation issues and proactively resolve them.
  • Works closely with other internal groups to develop and implement continued improvement initiatives for banking center & corporate office spaces. Sources outside vendors to provide estimates, plans the implementation and execution of projects. Involved in space planning, FF&E specifications, order placements, and installations. Works closely with the Facilities team in suggesting and reviewing specifications. Provides guidance to ensure aesthetic quality and integrity of all built spaces are maintained with facilities/maintenance projects.
  • Prepare and present annual retail budget for all banking centers. Assist with the preparation of the annual corporate budget and multi-year capital project plans while having basic accounting skills utilizing MS Excel to track project costs vs. budget.
  • Prepare reports, budget summaries, schedules for both formal and informal reports to senior management as necessary to convey project status and workload activities. Be able to lead and direct the work of others.



EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRMENTS:



  • Candidates should possess a minimum of 3-5 years' project management experience in a design or construction management environment. A bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related project management is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of interior design principles and FF&E sourcing.
  • Experience managing installations on-site with multiple vendors and stakeholders.
  • Computer/Software proficiency with a smartphone and MS Outlook, E-Mail, Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint required.
  • Additional graphic software experience in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and/or Sketch-Up preferred.


ADDITIONAL REQUIRMENTS:



  • Generally, this position would be performed in a normal office environment, the candidate should be flexible to occasionally work extended hours (weekends and evenings).
  • Will require periodic onsite management within existing buildings and new construction and require travel throughout the metro Phoenix area along with out-of-state travel, typically to Colorado and California, as projects require.
  • An essential duty of this position is driving a vehicle. Must be physically capable of operating vehicles safely, possess a valid driver's license, and have an acceptable driving record in compliance with MidFirst Bank's Vehicle Use Policy ("Policy")
  • Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stair/ladders and ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 25 lbs. or more for distribution of materials to properties.
  • Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish).
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000
