KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in Customer & Operations for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and ensure a successful delivery of Salesforce.com and Financial Services implementation, roadmaps for potential clients and engagements
  • Have an extensive level of knowledge on the Agile Methodology, Salesforce platform including Financial Services Cloud and SDLC for Salesforce projects
  • Manage business grooming for the requirements and must be able to convert them into Salesforce features with their appropriate cloud
  • Ability to clearly communicate solution/s and decisions with the internal and external audience throughout each project, such as defining technical architecture that may include integration and authentication across multiple systems along with development of APIs
  • Support pre-sales activities in terms of responding to RFQ/RFPs, Pricing, Estimating and participate in sales calls along with proposal development
  • Become a mentor to the junior resources and get them ready for the next level in Project management, business analysis and Salesforce champions
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of Salesforce platform/design/development consulting experience with three plus years of full life cycle of enterprise level implementation including Big Four equivalent experience preferably in the financial sector (Banking and Capital Markets, Insurance)
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university; Computer Science or MIS from an accredited college/university is preferred
  • Minimum three years of leading workstreams on enterprise Salesforce implementation with a solid understanding of SDLC (Agile/Scrum)
  • Solid experience of presenting the solution/s and ideas to the client (technical and non-technical) and support any pre-sales activities (proposal management, POCs)
  • Minimum three years of experience with developing and deploying solutions on the Financial Services Cloud module of Salesforce, experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with tools and applications that extend core capabilities and assist with development of new solutions and experience in the Financial Services industry in banking, capital markets, or insurance
  • Must have Salesforce Sales, Service and Experience cloud certifications, in addition to Financial Services cloud accreditation

Preferred Experience:

  • Hands-on experience working with system integrations using the API form within the Salesforce platform in addition to integrations with other systems using middleware such as MuleSoft, SOAP, REST, Web Services, Direct API Calls and SOA/Integration technologies
  • Experience with the Force.com development platform: Apex Code (Triggers, Controllers and Batch classes), Visualforce pages, Web Service APIs and the Lightning Platform (Aura /LWC framework), triggers, SOQL, SOSL, DevOps Stack (SFDX, Git, Jenkins) and several code deployment tools as well as a firm understanding of Object-Oriented Programming methodologies, Services Oriented Design Principles (SOA), design patterns and development best practices, data architecture, data management and platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)
  • Have Salesforce Platform Developer and additional certification/s for SFDC Application and/or System Architect
