The Department of Urology provides the highest quality of urologic care, research and education in each subspecialty domain of urology. Those subspecialties include urology oncology, infertility and andrology, women's pelvic medicine and voiding dysfunction, urinary stone disease and endourology, reconstructive urology and urologic trauma and pediatric urology. The urology clinical program consists of faculty members, fellows and residents and conducts ambulatory outpatient care in 7 clinical sites. Applies extensive knowledge of clinical research protocols and processes to design research projects of large scope and high degrees of complexity. Primarily responsible for the development, implementation, and management (including technical operations, grant financing, and data/statistics) of multiple clinical trial programs. Manages a portfolio of technical projects within large, multi-site and multi-trial research networks with responsibility to monitor for optimal performance against targets, deliverables, milestones and budgets. Tracks, monitors and reports on project status with project staff and leadership teams to ensure projects meet technical and programmatic targets. Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $94,400 - $176,800 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $45.21 - $84.67 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable).
