The Facilities Buildings & Groundskeeper directed by, and/or in assistance of, higher level mechanics/supervisor, performs unskilled maintenance of equipment and the physical plant of the

Hospital complex. Candidate must have at least 1 year of experience working outside in various temperature elements.

Hours:

Full time (40 hours)

Rotating Shift, Weekend Work Required

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License verifiable through the Motor Vehicle Administration
• Greater than 1 year of general maintenance experience including experience with power and manual equipment for lawn maintenance and snow/ice removal.
• Fundamental/introductory knowledge of buildings and grounds maintenance techniques,
• procedures and materials.
• Knowledge of safety rules, procedures and practices, including the proper use of safety
• equipment as defined by OSHA and industry standards.

Salary Range: Minimum $18.39/hour - Maximum $18.39/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
