Set up and Operate	60%	Set up and operate CMM and equipment to make complex and precise measurements of components, tooling and fixtures
Read Blueprints	20%	Read and interpret specification manuals, blueprints and templates for product specification such as tooling instructions, tolerances and dimensions Create set up sheets/ documents
Data Review	15%	Read and interpret measurements, output data and element graphic data Analyze final product, checking validity of output to specifications required in blueprints and technical manuals Recognize and identify final output accuracy and identify when the final product is inaccurate
Calibration and Maintenance	5%	Maintain CMM machines to include probe qualification and regular cleaning

The level guide is representative of the skills and education/certifications that are required to be proficient in a job grade. It is assumed that once an employee progresses grades they would also need to have the skills and education/certificates required for all previous levels.
