Position Function |
In collaboration with the Director of Ball State Satellite Centers serve as the center manager for event and class activities at the Ball State University Satellite Center located in Fishers, Indiana. Manage all event operations including communication with stakeholders, event scheduling, and facility set up. Support Fishers Center operations including community outreach and program development, marketing, technology support, reporting, and fiscal operations for the center. |
Minimum Education |
Bachelor's degree. |
Minimum Experience |
Over one year of experience with program event, project coordination or related planning and/or management experience.

Minimum Other |
Strong communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, time management, and organization; experience working with Microsoft Office Suite; ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule including some evenings and weekends. |
