As a member of the Insurance Market Development team, you will lead efforts to promote TransUnion's local and global solutions in the insurance market. Your responsibilities will include driving the adoption of TransUnion's solutions within the insurance sector, developing effective go-to-market strategies to establish TransUnion as a thought leader, innovator, and trusted partner, and enhancing internal knowledge through sales enablement and training programs. You will have the opportunity to manage projects from start to finish and collaborate with various departments, including solutions, marketing, global product marketing, and sales.

What You'll Bring:

  • 6-8 years of demonstrated skills in product marketing, product management, sales enablement or market research roles with a B2B focus
  • BA / BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Exceptional content development skills with an ability to communicate complex concepts in a compelling and logical way
  • Demonstrated experience and success in developing high-performing sales engagement content and programs to ensure salesforce effectiveness
  • Experience working across functional areas of a business, including but not limited to Sales, Product Management, Strategy, Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, etc.
  • Intermediate data analysis skills (i.e. transforming raw data into descriptive/summary charts or exhibits) is ideal

We'd love to see:

  • Experience working in the insurance or financial services industries preferred
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with ability to lead, manage, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with aptitude to learn and adapt quickly
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills with ability to communicate across all levels of an organization
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word) including exceptional PowerPoint skills with demonstrated ability to tell a story visually

Impact You'll Make:

  • Lead and Mentor: Guide and develop a team of two direct reports, providing support and professional development opportunities to help them achieve their career goals and contribute effectively to the team's success.
  • Go-to-Market Lead: Develop market development plans for both in-market and newly developed solutions. Establish product messaging and positioning that addresses our customers' biggest challenges and differentiates TransUnion in the competitive insurance solutions market.
  • Customer Engagement: Enhance customer engagement through active sales enablement by creating internal and external sales tools, including sales playbooks, training materials, product sheets, case studies, and customer presentations.
  • Collaboration: Work with Product Marketing and Product Management partners to translate global solutions messaging into the local insurance market, identifying insurance-specific value propositions and use cases.
  • Expertise: Become an expert in the value proposition of all solutions sold into the insurance market, including marketing, risk and underwriting, fraud, contact center, claims investigations, cyber, and advanced analytics.
  • Alignment: Collaborate with Thematic Messaging and Distribution teammates to ensure alignment with the insurance marketing strategy and thought leadership distribution plan.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong working relationships with key stakeholder teams, including Product Marketing, Solutions, Market Planning, and Sales.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish and track key performance indicators to measure go-to-market success and sales enablement effectiveness.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information : The U.S. base salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $135,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
