Overview:
We are hiring a Quality Engineer to lead and support over New Product Introductions (NPIs) at our customer"s AS9100-certified aerospace facility. This role will focus on APQP execution, FAIR documentation, and training junior QEs in defect reduction and continuous improvement. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities:
*Drive APQP deliverables for new aerospace components, including PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and PPAP
*Prepare and submit comprehensive FAIR packages for new and revised products
*Train and mentor Quality Engineers on defect reduction using data analysis, RCCA, and project planning
*Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to meet program targets
*Utilize MS Office tools to document, present, and track quality engineering workstreams

Required Qualifications:
*5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering.
*Bachelor"s degree in engineering preferred.
*Proficiency in APQP processes and tools, including FAIRs and RCCA
*Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
*Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
*Due to the nature of the work US Citizenship required.
