Salary Range $60,000 - $65,000 City Experiences is seeking an HR Generalist for our operation in Chicago. About You: This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences' RESPECT Service System. About the Opportunity: The HR Generalist Hybrid role primary responsibility will be to collaborate with the HR Manager and leaders across our organization to plan, source, interview and hire top talent. They will take ownership to lead local and regional talent sources, recruiting and support onboarding of new team members. In addition to this, they will work in conjunction with human resources and operational leaders, supporting day-to-day activities of the Human Resource department with a hands-on approach, assist in delivering HR (Human Resources) services that meet or exceed the needs of employees and enable business success; as well as ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and operating procedures.
