Job Purpose

The purpose of the IT Applications Manager is to manage, support and ensure the optimal operation of all IT business systems and applications as per the Service Level Agreement in place and increase the value of these systems to the organization. The Manager, IT Applications is required to grow and develop the team through active leadership. In addition, the Manger will work to identify, recommend and deliver/implement new IT solutions/systems and services to support the organization's operations and help achieving business objectives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage, support and ensure the optimal operation of all Global IT business systems and applications - for example SAP, Salesforce, CPQ, Ticketing Systems, Wrike, O365 Applications, HRIS Integrations and structure - as per the Service Level Agreement in place and increase the value of these systems to the organization using the knowledge of SAP (SD, MM, WM, PP, FICO, and HR); SAP S/4HANA Sales Process; Integration with 3rd Party Systems; and Salesforce.
  • Lead and develop a cross functional team of administrators across several application areas using the knowledge of SAP (SD, MM, WM, PP, FICO, and HR); SAP S/4HANA Sales Process; Integration with 3rd Party Systems; and Salesforce.
  • Identify, recommend and deliver/implement new IT solutions/systems and services to support the organization's operations and help achieving business objectives using the knowledge of SAP (SD, MM, WM, PP, FICO, and HR); SAP S/4HANA Sales Process; Integration with 3rd Party Systems; and Salesforce.
  • Serve as a business consultant, recommending technological alternatives, solutions and enhancements to business processes using the knowledge of SAP (SD, MM, WM, PP, FICO, and HR); SAP S/4HANA Sales Process; Integration with 3rd Party Systems; and Salesforce.
  • Assist the Director in preparing and responsible for executing the 2-year Business Applications/Systems rolling plan and work to perform cost-benefit and ROI analyses, determine fiscal requirements and prepare budgetary recommendations using the knowledge of SAP (SD, MM, WM, PP, FICO, and HR); SAP S/4HANA Sales Process; Integration with 3rd Party Systems; and Salesforce.
  • Gather and analyze user business needs, requirements and translate them to IT requirements and recommendations using the knowledge of SAP (SD, MM, WM, PP, FICO, and HR); SAP S/4HANA Sales Process; Integration with 3rd Party Systems; and Salesforce.
  • Perform change management to affected stakeholders as part of introducing/implementing new solutions or major improvements/changes using the knowledge of SAP (SD, MM, WM, PP, FICO, and HR); SAP S/4HANA Sales Process; Integration with 3rd Party Systems; and Salesforce.
  • Review present IT applications/systems and business processes and implement changes to improve provided value, efficiency and/or lower cost of ownership using the knowledge of SAP (SD, MM, WM, PP, FICO, and HR); SAP S/4HANA Sales Process; Integration with 3rd Party Systems; and Salesforce.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Engineering,or foreign equivalent.
  • (2) years experience in SAP, Business Analysis, or Requirements Specification and Development.
  • In addition, using the knowledge of SAP (SD, MM, WM, PP, FICO, and HR); SAP S/4HANA Sales Process; Integration with 3rd Party Systems; and Salesforce is required to be able to perform the responsibilities of the position, and are common to the occupation
