Primary Qualifications:



  • University / Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years of related administrative or customer service experience



Technical Skills:



  • Strong PC skills, including competency in MS Office products
  • Basic understanding of business processes and internal systems
  • Experience in hospitality/customer service



Core Responsibilities:



  • Provide a superior customer experience, acting as the initial point of contact for internal and external customers
  • Ensure that customer requests are accurately captured in our request management system
  • Support the department workload by delivering against a list of standard predetermined documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Identify and implement opportunities for efficiencies with current processes
  • Deliver support on time, meeting customer expectations
  • Use Givaudan systems to complete tasks and manage data
  • Participation in projects as assigned
