We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our LSS Solution Development Service team. In this role, you will assist with various aspects of supply chain operations, including order processing and management, procurement, data analysis and reporting, and vendor communication. You will work closely with professionals in various fields including Finance, Procurement, Solution Development, Operations, and Accounting to learn and contribute to improving efficiency and effectiveness when working with vendors. The hourly rate for this role, at the time of posting, is estimated to be within the range below based on class standing. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, experience, knowledge, and skills. Tasks & Qualifications: You must be a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university. Actively pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or another related field of study. Currently a junior or senior. Expecting this to be a full-time role for summer 2025 and potentially transitioning into a part time role during the 2025-2026 school year. Job Duties: Data Analysis and Reporting Collecting, analyzing, and presenting data related to supply chain processes. Assisting in generating reports on supplier performance, delivery timelines, and operation efficiency. Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) like delivery times, order accuracy, and cost reduction metrics. Vendor Communication Helping with vendor communication regarding procurement and order statuses. Managing documentation and ensuring all necessary contracts and agreements are in place. Order Processing and Management Assisting in processing and tracking vendor order, licenses, and contracts. Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of supply chain principles and concepts (procurement, logistics, warehousing, etc.) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for data analysis and reporting). Familiarity with SCM software (i.e. SAP). Familiarity with Salesforce. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills. Good time management skills. #LI-DH1 #inpost
