Working in the Purchasing department, you will evolve as Purchasing Tools & Method Junior Process Referent, aiming at advising, proposing, implementing and developing innovative solutions (methods, processes and tools) leading the community of users.

What is your role at bioMerieux?

In collaboration with BPO/BPR team you will:

  • Ensure good practices, processes and tools are properly used and followed.
  • Explain and promote the usage of standard processes & systems (including reporting) to develop end-users' autonomy and performance in their daily tasks, compliant with internal control,
  • Participate in processes and existing solutions improvements globally, and capture requirements from users in collaboration with Performance Team,
  • Provide adequate support to users during new solutions and processes implementation phase,
  • Ensure the day-to-day performance of end-to-end processes, and the resolution of incidents and urgent problems in response to business requests,
  • If needed, monitor and participate in solutions testing activities: write test scenarios, plan test periods, coordinate testers, execute test scenarios,
  • Contribute to adoption and change management (Communication, Training, Target organizational model, User support...).

Who are you?

  • With a Master's degree from a business or engineering school, you already demonstrated a successful experience as project or continuous improvement manager.
  • Ideally, you already have a first experience in a purchasing department.
  • Imperative mastery of MS Office suite tools (Excel and PowerPoint), and an affinity for technological solutions
  • You are recognized for your organizational skills, your ability to manage change, your autonomy and your ability to take initiatives.
  • You are a good communicator.
  • Fluent in English.
