Per Diem Psychiatrist- Salem Hospital Salem Hospital, a member of the Mass General Brigham health care system, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Adult Psychiatrist to join our Inpatient Psychiatry team as a Weekend Moonlighter. This per diem position provides essential weekend coverage to our 30-bed inpatient psychiatric unit, serving adult patients with a range of psychiatric conditions. Position Highlights: Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing care for adult inpatients during weekend shifts. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nursing, social work, and case management staff. Competitive per diem compensation. Qualifications: MD or DO degree with completed residency in Psychiatry. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Adult Psychiatry. Licensure or eligibility for medical licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. DEA and Mass Controlled Substances Registration. Previous inpatient experience preferred but not required.
