Digital Transformation Manager (One Year Only)

Description Assesses and implements modern, digital transformation strategies; evaluates business needs to determine future-focused solutions that enhance customer experiences, streamline operations, and drive continual growth; develops technology roadmaps that transition traditional business software and applications to modern and/or emerging innovative technologies that engage stakeholders and keep pace with new advancements; plans and manages digital transformation project statuses, implementations, and lifecycles; establishes, tracks, and provides reporting on program metrics to measure customer satisfaction; manages cloud-based vendor relationships; stays current with technological advancements, industry trends, and innovative practices.
Qualifications Required
- Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in information technology, information management, instructional technology, marketing, communications, business management or related field.
- Five (5) years of experience in leading the assessment, implementation, and management of modern or emerging digital technology solutions, products, tools, and/or services.
- Advanced degree(s) beyond the minimum degree requirement in a relevant field may be considered for some experience.
- Knowledge of the principles, practices, methods, functions, and current trends of modern or emerging digital transformation technologies.
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy and compliance laws, regulations, and policies.
- Skill in business acumen, change management, training strategies, and customer engagement.
- Strong analytic, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to develop a clear vision and roadmap for digital transformation in alignment with divisionwide initiatives.
- Ability to effectively plan, execute, and manage analytic studies and large-scale projects.
- Ability to create, monitor metrics, and identify areas that continually develop digital technology and improve customer success based on research and feedback.
- Ability to establish and maintain successful collaborative working relationships with diverse school-based personnel, central office staff, and outside agencies to address complicated or long-term needs.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Preferred
- Master's degree.
- Experience across emerging technologies such as mobile technologies, Internet of Things, cloud platforms, machine learning, process automation, digital communication tools, and/or predictive analytics.
- Some background in software engineering.
Salary Range $111,845 - $170,147
