Summary: A2R Accounting intern will be responsible for accounting for Revenue, Inventory, Global Costing, and Statutory & Taxation. This role requires work on month-end close activities. Interns will gain practical experience on A2R. The internship offers opportunities for interns to gain exposure on finance system, understand accounting regulations, audit process, collaborate with finance and non-finance teams and apply their knowledge learned to professional practice. The main responsibilities includes but not limited to, posting manual journals, balance sheet reconciliations, revenue recognition, costing, inventory and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Support month-end close activities alongside experienced finance experts
• Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliation and manual journals in Blackline
• Assist with statutory audit and tax coordination
• Assist with Costing & Inventory for Inventory Cycle Count, Inventory Standard Cost and Intercompany Transfer Pricing.
• Documenting and Administrative Support:
• Preparing journal entries and communicating relevant information to the team and other departments.

Requirements:

• Pursuing a Degree in Accountancy, Business or any other relevant fields
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a team environment.
