Job Title: Warranty Processor Location: Camarillo, California Department: Warranty Services Reports To: Warranty Supervisor Job Type: Flexible (Monday to Wednesday, with potential additional work on Thursday and Friday based on volume) Job Summary: Under general direction from the Warranty Supervisor, the Warranty Processor is responsible for ensuring all returns are processed efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner. This role involves verifying warranty status and reissuing items, such as bats, while utilizing basic computer knowledge. Key Responsibilities: * Efficiently process returns in accordance with applicable policies and procedures. * Verify warranty status of returned items. * Reissue items to customers once warranty verification is complete. * Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims and returns. * Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with team members to manage workload and ensure timely processing. * Utilize basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping. Required Skills: * Data Entry: Accurate and efficient data entry skills. * Warranty Processing: Knowledge of warranty policies and procedures. * Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
