*Description*:
The Payments CSR will be responsible for receiving chargebacks from financial institutions and reviewing internal systems to identify trends and ensure effective problem-solving to prevent future issues. Additionally, the CSR will review flagged payments governed by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and other payment processing services. This involves pulling up profiles in the system, analyzing the reasons for the flags, and providing feedback to prevent errors in the future. *Required*: * Experience with chargebacks and knowledge of financial institution regulations and policies. * High School Diploma or GED. * Bachelor's degree or certification preferred. * Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an office setting, ideally in customer service, administration, troubleshooting, help desk, or billing support roles. * Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to write well and accurately summarize findings. Proficiency in grammar and spelling is essential. * Experience in a scripted call center environment. * Candidates with retail experience must have transitioned to an office setting. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
