Genesis10 is seeking a ServiceNow Software Developer for a contract with our client in Denver, CO. 3 days per week onsite in Denver, CO. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Software Developer to join our dynamic team supporting enterprise-wide automation and process improvement initiatives. This role involves working across multiple ServiceNow modules and closely collaborating with cross-functional teams including system analysts, developers, principal engineers, and infrastructure specialists. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building solutions within ServiceNow to support defined best practices and drive automation in a fast-paced Agile environment. Day to day would be working within multiple modules within the ServiceNow system. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules. Support and enhance ServiceNow automation capabilities and workflows. Collaborate with process owners, system analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives. Maintain and update Jira boards to track development progress. Work cross-functionally with operations and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of requirements. Ensure that developed solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet business needs. Looking at automation type responsibilities as well. Work closely with the process team which defines best practices. The team that this resource is supporting really builds the tool to support those processes. The team works in an Agile fashion which includes sprint ceremonies, daily standups, sprint planning, grooming sessions, etc. Updating cards in Jira. Tech writing or documentation is not part of the role. Work Environment & Culture Supportive and collaborative team of approximately 10 professionals. Balance of heads-down development work and cross-functional team interaction. Fast-paced Agile setting with an emphasis on communication, ownership, and initiative. Direct interaction with process teams, operations, and stakeholders to support enterprise-wide tools and automation. Required Skills & Experiences 5-7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development. (experience valued more than years). Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and multiple modules. Experience with ServiceNow automation. Basic understanding of scripting, regardless of language is helpful Familiarity with HTML, Java, and PowerShell. Basic understanding of infrastructure components (hardware, services, databases). Ability to understand how systems integrate and interact. Strong communication skills, problem solver, demonstrate a natural curiosity to jump in and figure things out to develop business solutions vs. just writing code. Ability to take initiative to move solutions forward. Must be be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $70- $80 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
