What you'll be doing... Design with purpose: Translate real customer problems into intuitive, accessible, and engaging designs using UX research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals. Engineer with empathy: Implement polished and performant UI components in React or Vue, contributing to scalable front-end architecture while preserving design intent. Collaborate deeply: Work as a core member of a durable, empowered product team, partnering with product managers and engineers to explore ideas, validate assumptions, and ship iterative improvements. Own the experience: Maintain a cohesive design language and user experience across multiple products, proactively identifying areas of friction or inconsistency. Connect with users: Lead or support generative and evaluative user research, leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions. Elevate quality: Champion accessibility, responsiveness, and UX performance as essential elements of product quality. Design systems & tooling: Contribute to or help maintain a shared component library and design system to accelerate development and ensure brand and UX consistency. Qualities you possess... 5+ years of experience in UX design, front-end engineering, or a hybrid role Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks (React and/or Vue), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript Proficient with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.) and prototyping workflows Experience working in agile product teams with continuous discovery and delivery practices Demonstrated ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to advocate for users and influence decisions A portfolio or examples of work that show how you've led or contributed to designing and building end-to-end user experiences As a plus, you have... Experience designing for enterprise IT, infrastructure, or network automation products Familiarity with design systems and component-driven development Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG), usability testing, and performance optimization Interest in systems thinking and holistic user journeys *Skills* Product design, Figma, react.js *Top Skills Details* Product design,Figma,react.js *Additional Skills & Qualifications* This role is 100% remote but preference is to sit on the east coast, they don't want to see anyone on the west coast, could potentially look at someone in the central time zone but high preference on east coast *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $70.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
