Job Description

Torch Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and motivated SeniorSecurity Analyst to join our security team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in information security, cyber threat analysis, and incident response, along with a demonstrated ability to operate in a high-security environment. This role is critical in protecting our organization's systems, data, and infrastructure against internal and external threats.

This position requires an active Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities:

• Interface with senior agency leadership and government officials on a day-to-day basis.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, perform root cause analysis and remediation.
• Process and track PSQs and program access requests.
• Assist in providing the execution of security policies and procedures under the direction of the PSO.
• Present indoctrination, debrief, and refresher training for program briefed personnel regarding obligations to protect classified information.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of experience in a DoD, DoE or other industrial security program and in-depth knowledge of the DoD, DoE or other government security regulatory manual.
• Have a working knowledge and experience withSpecial Access Program (SAP) and Classified Program with the DoD.
• Active Top Secret clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship (Required for clearance validation).
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be willing to actively communicate with co-workers, program leaderships, and clients.
• Ability to creatively approach and solve situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledgeable/experience working with security clearance databases (ex: DISS/JADE/SIMS).
• Security related DCSA Certifications helpful.
