Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Associate Director for Integrated Mental Health Services, the Mental Health Provider will provide Behavioral Health and Counseling services in an integrated health care agency serving UW-Madison students. This position will have primary clinical responsibilities split between two main areas of Integrated Health. One aspect of the position will be serving as a member of our Behavioral Health Provider team. The other will be in providing Eating Disorder Services within the Mental Health Service department. Provision of Eating Disorder services will include a combination of brief counseling, group therapy, Eating Disorder assessments, and possibly care management services. Responsibilities: Provides direct clinical services to patients and clients in a clinical, research, education, or public health and safety setting. Engages in the full range of psychological services including assessment (psycho-diagnostic and psychological assessment services), evaluation, consultation and/or psychotherapy to promote the mental health and well-being of patients.
