Position Summary
Under the close supervision of the Manager, Volunteer Services, the Associate, Volunteer Services is responsible for the administrative tasks within Volunteer Services.
Total Rewards Package
Compensation The target salary for this position is $17.00.
The target salary is based on internal averages. Versiti sets salary ranges aligned to local markets in which the job is performed. Compensation decisions take into account internal salary averages and differentiation based on education, experience, skills, and performance. Specific salary and benefits information is shared at the time of the phone screening based on your location and qualifications.

Education
- High School Diploma required
Experience
- 1-3 years volunteer experience or customer service experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to apply judgment and good decision-making skills to service-based department required
- Able to organize work to provide productive work flow required
- Be able and available to work a flexible work schedule as required based on schedule and departmental needs required
- Ability to write complex reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with volunteers, donors, employees and external customers of organization utilizing instructive or persuasive skills required
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision; multi-task; work with confidential information required
- Possess a professional demeanor and projection of appropriate professional image; analytical skills; high level of organizational and detail-oriented skills; and excellent communication and customer service skills required
