*Description:*
We're seeking a junior candidate to manage user acceptance testing and release for, global UATs of enterprise systems. The analyst will collaborate closely with SMEs, stakeholders, cross-functional teams and vendors during the full lifecycle development process--including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance. This is a JUNIOR level position, and we're only accepting applications from candidates early in their career. *Roles & Responsibilities:* * Collaborating with business and technical teams to develop test strategies, processes, test cases or scripts, and reports * Writing and executing on user acceptance test scenarios or scripts to validate new features and enhancements as developed according to requirements * Identifying software bugs, capture and report system software defects * Leading test resources through successful execution of UATs * Working with business and technical teams to understand the business requirements in order to define a test plan and to provide end-to-end user testing scripts based on business processes * Provide transparency of release updates to scrum team and stakeholders as necessary * Proactively identifying and communicating release issues and risks * Tracking production systems' issues, and validating resolution, escalating to leadership as necessary *Preferred Qualifications:* * Some knowledge/experience with writing and executing on user acceptance test scenarios or scripts * Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile development methodology * Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Highly accountable and dedicated to completing tasks * Ability to excel in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment * Ability to collect and summarize meeting minutes effectively * Ability to multitask and balance daily activities with larger project deadlines * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively * Ability to summarize and pull out key facts in order to discern the issues *Minimum Qualifications:* * Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or Computer Science * Good knowledge of SDLC, Agile scrum methodologies * 0-4+ years of relevant work experience in software development, business systems analyst or QA analyst *Contact Kory Kiviharju with TEKsystems directly at kkiviharju@teksystems.com.* * *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $32.71 - $103.73/hr.
